Our Committee and Constitution
The Edinburgh Skeptics Society is run by a Management Committee of dedicated volunteers. We are always looking to introduce new members, if you want to be involved in what we do, let one of us know at any of our events. We need volunteers for our Fringe events especially.
Chair
Mark Pentler
Committee Chair since 2016, Mark is the producer of the Edinburgh Skeptics Podcast, lead on audio/video tech for all of our events, and responsible for all budget and finance issues. In 2019 Mark is organising the Fringe events.
Vice Chair
Sean Slater
Sean provides overall event scheduling and co-ordination, looks after the website, and has produced the 2017 and 2018 'Skeptics on the Fringe' events. In 2019, Sean is managing the Sci Fest event

Heather leads on our flagship monthly 'Ed Skeptics In The Pub' events, as well as on ensuring our activities are open and accessible to, and representative of, the wider community.
