Edinburgh Skeptics are part of a loosely affiliated group on like-minded people who promote skepticism, critical thinking and rationalism.

 

As well as local groups in most UK population centres and in countries around the world, there are a number of conferences and get-togethers.

The main conference in the UK is QEDcon, (the next one will be Oct 2020) held annually in Manchester by the Merseyside and Manchester groups. 

​

Skeptics in the Pub groups meet and converse in the UK and beyond, usually gathering once every month.
